Our home is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa with vaulted ceilings for an open spacious feeling. There are 2 master bedrooms both of which are tastefully furnished having brand new bedding. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed (equivalent to English king size) and the other has a brand new (May 08) king size bed with a hand made mattress (wider than an English super king).  These bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms which is perfect for 2 couples as there is no fighting over who gets the big bathroom !  The bathrooms have a toilet, double 'his and hers' sinks, a very large walk in shower and even brand new hairdriers so you don't need to bring your own.

Also in each of the bedrooms are walk in closets (one equipped with a safe for your important personal belongings) and both have tv's, cable tv and DVD players. The two other bedrooms are laid out with 2 single beds in each, are tastefully decorated and again have brand new bedding (Jan 08).  These bedrooms also have tv's, cable tv and DVD players.  The third bathroom is shared by the 2 other bedrooms and has a toilet, sink unit and shower over the bath. The living room has a brand new 50" plasma tv, dvd player, surround sound system and high definition cable tv which has the fox soccer channel allowing viewing of live premier league football games.  All these items were installed in Jan 08.

The garage of the property was converted to a games room again in Jan 08 and has brand new 7ft pool table, 7ft air hockey table and an electronic darts game.  In this room there is also a fan to keep you cool and a stereo system to play your cd's or listen to the radio on.

When you want a day away from the parks just to relax, the pool area of the home has a huge sundeck and is South East facing so gets the sun all day.  The pool also has a fence down both sides, is not overlooked and backs on to a conservation area for ultimate privacy when sunbathing. 

The home also has a free high speed secure wireless internet connection as well as free local calls, free national calls and free calls to Canada.

About the area

The Sanctuary at West Haven is one of the most sought after locations in Central Florida. It is approached by a wide, lushly landscaped main boulevard lined with palm trees, making it feel a very special place. The actual entrance to The Sanctuary is through coded security gates to ensure your exclusive comfort at all times. It is an impressive gated community of high quality homes set in beautifully landscaped grounds and conservation areas on one of the highest points in central Florida.

Orlando International airport is about 25 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes. The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 75 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour.
